Beverly “Bev” Hill passed peacefully on Nov 10, 2024, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Hamilton, with friends at her side, at the age of 76 years. Predeceased by her beloved parents Spencer and Adelaide Hill, she is survived by her cousin Angela Mifsud of Michigan, and her family. Bev will be forever remembered by her dear friends who she considered family.

In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #58 or to Thirteenth (XIII) Regiment Foundation of The Royal Hamilton Light Infantry (Wentworth Regiment) in her memory.

A lovely service for Bev was held on November 21, 2024 at The Church of the Nativity Anglican Church on King St East in Hamilton. Friends read the Lesson, Gospel and Prayers of the People. Her friend did the Eulogy having known Bev for fifty eight years. Reverend Matthew Griffin performed a beautiful Homily. After the Service we all gathered downstairs for refreshments where we all talked about Bev, and told stories. The one thing we all agreed on was how kind and generous Bev was. She had an enormous heart and was very generous and kind, and always thinking of others. She volunteered her time selling poppies, participating in the annual Hamilton Remembrance Day Parade and volunteering at Hamilton General Hospital. She was a writer for many years publishing stories for the North End Breezes. Bev was strong-willed and had a heart of gold. Her memories and love for The North End will be missed.

Bev will be with her Grandmother at Woodlands Cemetery.
Rest in Peace Bev
