2 cups tomato sauce
1 3/4 water from the cooked beans
1/2 Red Onion, very thinly sliced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup of molasses
1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup of ketchup
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp of vinegar
1 tbsp honey hot spice.
1/4 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
6 cups prepared cooked navy beans (start with three cups out of the package and follow instructions for soaking and cooking. I cook for 60 minutes). Don’t drain the water from the beans. You will use it for the recipe)

Mix all the ingredients together and stir in the beans last.

Bake at 350 for about 2 – 2.5 hours uncovered. It will thicken as it cools.
Stir about once every 30 minutes.
