It’s Not a Vacation, It’s an Adventure

They sailed the oceans and the great lakes delivering cargo, passengers, food, building supplies and fuels such as coal. We are very happy and fortunate that Hamilton is one of 35 Canadian ports hosting Canadian and International tall ships during the Rendez-Vous (RDV) 2017 Tall Ships Regatta organized by Sail Training International, Rendez-vous naval de Québec, in collaboration with 3E and Canadian Heritage to celebrate Canada’s 150th Birthday. Remembering Margaret Gail Savoie

Born August 09th 1943 – May 16th 2017 Past away peacefully at the Juravinski Hospital just before sunrise. A memorial service was held on May the 25th 2017 at the Welcome Inn Community Center which she called home for 40+ years providing volunteer services. Margaret was a proud supporter of the Welcome Inn Community Center and was fondly known by friends as “ Miss Welcome Inn 1976”.
